Coach Switzer did lead us to a Super Bowl win!

Most of us Cowboys fans were devastated when Jimmy Johnson left the team. Then we were bewildered when Jerry Jones decided to bring in Coach Switzer to lead a very talented football team.

We wanted him gone after they lost the '94 NFC Championship game, but we seemed to be ok with him after the team win the '95 Super Bowl.

Here's Coach Switzer on The Michael Irvin Show talking with Mike, BIg Nate and Jay Novacek...

Switzer on Irvin Show

Charles Haley was one crazy dude, but boy could he get after the QB. His sack totals don't tell the whole story because there were games he dominated just like Lawrence Taylor used to do back in the day.

Switzer is an odd bird as well, but a good listen too.

Aikman to Novacek was pure money just like Romo to Witten is money these days.

Barry Switzer is trully one of the greatest coaches. The loss to the 49ers was not his fault.
First 3 possessions of the Cowboys: Irwin fumbled, Aiken tossed a pick, and Smith fumbled. All of which the defence did nothing about except to allow 3 touchdowns. 21 to nothing in the first quarter.
Spot any 49ers team 21 points, and try to beat them.
