Larry Allen to retire as a Dallas Cowboy

Larry Allen was resigned today by the Cowboys so he can officially retire as a Dallas Cowboy, read here.

The Dallas Cowboys announced the signing of eleven-time Pro Bowl guard Larry Allen today so that Allen may retire as a Dallas Cowboy. A formal announcement and recognition by the Cowboys organization will be made at a later time. Allen played in Dallas from 1994 to 2005 and earned 10 Pro Bowl selections. He spent the last two seasons with the San Francisco 49ers and earned a trip to the Pro Bowl following the 2006 season.

He was one of the greatest offensive lineman to ever play in the NFL and I knew this was coming. Jerry Jones had to bring the big guy back for a day and then have him retire as a Dallas Cowboy.

Thanks for all those great blocks throughout the years LA!
