Take the three weeks Terence! Don't even think about coming back in two. This guy makes the defense 'special' because with him on one side and the normal defense you can help the other CB. Then when it goes to Nickel/Dime he can jump down into the slot and cover that guy.

As for Pacman. I love his attitude as it pertains to football. He is aggressive and for some time now I have said this defense needs more players like that. He's a good fit for Wade's style too because he can take chances and hopefully come up with some big plays every now and then.
