Per the source, it’s a seven-year deal worth a total of $45 million.  The package includes $16 million in guaranteed bonuses, and will pay out $21 million over the first three years.

Getting this done was priority number one in Jerry's mind if you ask me. The last thing he wanted was to allow MBIII to be seen as a disgruntled player who was becoming a distraction by missing team functions awaiting a long term contract to get done. Now he can show up and begin working out with the Cowboys ASAP.
