Seems everyone has thrown out their opinion about the Felix Jones vs Rashard Mendenhall issue so I am going to use this entry to chime in with mine. 

In this article JJT shares his idea that Jerry should have gone for MHall at the #22 spot, which I guess I can agree with because I did think he was more of an 'MBIII type' and it's always good to have two guys who can play like MBIII on your team.
 
At the DMN blog Albert Breer goes balistic in his assertion that MHall should have been the pick, read here.

But let me go in another direction. Let's look at the entire draft picture.

Marion Barber + Felix Jones + Tashard Choice > Marion Barber + Rashard Mendenhall + Tashard Choice.

Why do I say that? Because the offensive mind of Jason Garrett can now go where it couldn't go with three similar RB's on the team.

Felix Jones is going to spread out wide, he's going to be a great RB on screen passes because of his lateral quickness and he will also be used on some shuttle passes.
 
Then you also can't forget the fact that Felix Jones is definitely going to bring some a lot of excitement to the Cowboys as a kick returner.

So if we are going player vs player maybe MHall wins, but if we are looking at the big picture then I feel the Cowboys team make up is better off in the current situation. Besides I am not sure we even draft Tashard Choice if we draft MHall and I really think T. Choice is going to be a great fit in Dallas.

All in all I guess I just want to relay this message, in my opinion The Dallas Cowboys RB situation looks fine from where I am standing right about now.
