Fergy will be missed by us Cowboys fans and I wish him the best in Miami, read here. I think the deal is 'ok', but I do think they could have pushed for me than a 6th round swap this season and a 6th rounder next year. The thing is that the Cowboys don't have room for a lot of rookies because they are pretty much set at a lot of positions with young stars and solid backups. I can even see the Cowboys using this swapped 6th rounder in a trade scenario this season because I think Jerry wants more quality in the early rounds which means he has to keep moving up higher and higher in every round.

Still want to see Jay Ratliff moving back to DE though. Let's hope Jerry finds some room for Trevors Laws in the draft and then he can pair up with Tank Johnson to hold down the fort at NT. Of course there will also be some mixing and matching on all the defensive line spots by Wade too so Laws isn't necessarily being depended on all that much.
