The most highly talked about player on the Cowboys has to be Roy Williams. The problem is that it's usually all negative talk about how he used to be great and now he's just barely good, read here.

No, ____ Sherlock! I doubt Roy wants to be a starting NFL Safefty with 0 Tackles for losses, 0 sacks and 0 forced fumbles in his stats line over a 15 game season. The worst part is that it was only 15 games because of a suspension he received because he can't seem to stop tackling people using the 'horse collar' move even after the league named the rule after him.

I give up on trying to figure out a way to 'fix Roy' and whatever happens will happen in my opinion.
